FUN, FOOD, FAMILY/FRIENDS and FIREWORKS!
The four-f's of July. (I had to put Family and Friends into one.)

This year we didn't go to the parade and I have to say that getting to sleep in was awesome. It would have been better if Eric would have been home but he had a race in Las Vegas that I was not attending. He did great there and I am really proud of him, out of 22 cars he finished 11th and that was with all the big time racers from California. It was a quick trip. He left Wed morning and raced on Thurs and was home at 10 on Friday. That's why I didn't go. They rode in the semi hauler that transports the cars and had to shower at the truck stop.....not my type of Vegas trip. But I was sure glad to get him home. I do have a hard time being without him!
Eric had another race here on Sat and we all ventured out in the heat for it. He didn't do too hot at all here. Something went wrong with his car and he didn't get to finish the race. I still love him and as long as he is safe it doesn't matter to me win or lose as long as he has fun. (He did report this time was no fun) A lot of work goes into this whole race car thing
Although we didn't go to the parade the girls looked fabulous all day, (if I do say so myself) in their cute festive dresses that I made them put back on the next day to take pictures cause I forgot.
We had a great 2008 4th of July!

Hey Destini! Your girls are darling. Thanks for the comment. I have been to your site before but was not sure if I should comment. I can't believe the amazing hair do's your girls are always sporting. I wish my daughter would let me do that to her. They are very cute. I'm adding you to my list if that's ok. P.S Your blog is cute. But then again so are you.
