Cake

My cousin from Cali and her new husband, DJ and Larry, came up for the holiday and we kind-a threw them a congrats party since this was the first time we have seen them since they became the new couple.
Once again I tried to better the last one and decided I would make flowers out of the fondant I use to cover the cake.The flowers are the same that she had in her wedding and were very fun to make. Kimberlen, my little helper in all this, kept saying "Wow Mom they look just like the real one (I had pulled up a picture on the internet to make sure they looked real) and you are a great creator". She meant creative but that's in her own words.
The cake is off white and the decorations are white. It's a little hard to see the color contrast in the photos.

Nice job dest! I have been interested in cake decorating for a long time, but seeing your cakes makes me realize that I should just quit while I am ahead....uh behind!
