Pumpkin Time

We started our adventure at the Black Island Farms. Here we are on the ride to get pumpkins.

Maycee found the one she wanted.

Brylee took Grandma all over to find the right one.

I bent down and told them to smile and this is what I got.

Brylee thought she was pretty tricky. She played with Daisee as we walked.

Grandma took a turn with Brylee so I could get a picture.

Train ride. Kimberlens not too happy but Brylee loved it.

This is what we came back to at my parents. My Dad dressed up and was just sitting on the porch in the dark waiting for us. All the kids cried out of fear. It was awful for a while. Then they calmed down once they knew it was just Papa.

I don't think Maycee was ever okay with it. We stayed the night there and she thought he came into her room with his scary face in the middle of the night.

Finally Brylee just started laughing at him.

I put curlers in Kimberlen's hair for the next day. We had a party to go to.

Pinata time. Everyone loves the Pinata. We now do this every year.

I was the one behind the string so I could move it out of the way.

The bigger kids were blind folded.

Then it was cookie decorating time. This is so fun and messy. It was a good this we were able to be outside this year.

As always we had a great time with our Halloween traditions. We have one more pumpkin carving party with my extended family each year and this year I was without a camera. I will try to get someones photos to post of that one.
