We started on our basement last weekend and this is our first wall that has been framed. Eric and his Dad have been working there butts off the last two weekends and this proves it.
The far room was hard to get a picture of but it is in the front corner of the basement and is all done. This is
tentatively going to be
Maycee's room. One day she doesn't want to move down there and the next she is mad we won't bring her bed down, so we'll see.
Eric in the hallway. Behind him is the cold storage. To the left is a big storage closet and to the right is
Kimberlen's room.

Kimberlen's room and walk-in closet.
Now I can tell I didn't get great pictures. I will get better ones when the sheet rock is up. As for now all we have left is a little wiring and the heating ducts. Then we can insulate and put up the
sheetrock.

Sweet! So what are you going to do with the rooms upstairs?
You're so lucky your husband can do all that. We're hoping to start working on the basement this year too, but it would be so nice if we could do it ourselves!
My goodness girl - first the yard and now the basement! That's awesome! Looking great! I'm hoping to get some things done to our house this spring or summer. We'll see - I'm crossing my fingers. Good luck with yours. Can't wait to see more pictures.
