Yard Progress & Dirty Fun

This is the progress in our backyard. These next few pictures are before Eric played around on the Bobcat.

Here are the after pictures.
They were working on getting the gates installed in this one.

This will be the walkway/path from the patio to the garage.

Along the fence we will put the swing set and tramp.

In the corner where the rocks are will be the garden next year.

The little rock wall will serve as the bench area for the fire pit on the patio and we will have bushes behind it.

Watching on the rock.
Riding with dad. I missed Kimberlen's turn but they both got to ride. (this was the second day)

Maycee thought she was so funny.

She actually threw the dirt on her back by herself.

She thought it was so "silky". The dirt was really powder soft where they were playing so she thought she would lay down.

This was how Brylee hung out. She was so happy just to be outside with us. She even fell asleep while Eric was driving around the Bobcat.
Beautiful Maycee, after tasting the dirt.

Making sand castles.

The wash off......We told them they could not come in the house until they were hosed off. They thought this was cold and then kinda fun.

Putting in the yard seems to take forever. I am so sick of yard work. I am hoping we will have our in this year.

Your dirt seems much softer than ours. Ours is like cement. It's a pain. Your yard it pretty big. What size is your lot?

The girls seem to be loving it. hahaha
I like the outside shower. haha How fun!

That's a big back yard! It will be fun to get it done. We let our kids play in the dirt too, just so we can get work done. They love it!
