WE ARE ALIVE......Barely

I know you are all dying to hear how we are doing and what has been going on the past little while so here it is all in a nut shell......
The Holidays have taken there toll on us all. I have been meaning to get some posting done and I am still trying to get into the swing of things and back to a normal schedule. Or at least what I think is normal.
Christmas was great, as I think it is every year. I am the worst at being super excited for everyone else. I couldn't get to sleep and then I thought I was going to have to wake up Kimberlen in the morning. She, however, woke up shortly after I got up and turned on the lights set up the video camera and got Eric up. He was the one that tortured us.....he took a shower before we could open presents. Ughh! Then he woke Maycee up and that was the end of that. She was super cute. She would look at her presents and then show us and look at it again and then say "more present please". It was the sweetest thing. Kimberlen had fun knowing what most of the gifts were this year and she did so well at keeping them a secret from everyone. It was going great until we opened the blinds and saw the snow blowing horizontally. I only got a few random pictures here and there since I was using the video camera to capture most of the the day We got dressed loaded the car, went and opened presents with Eric's family and had a nice breakfast. Returned home, unloaded the car then loaded it again and left for my parents. Luckily the long drive to my parents was not snowy. We opened presents there and had a nice dinner. The kids played, meaning all of us and during this the snow started again. It took us an hour and a half and not more than 25 mph to get home. When we shut the garage door I finally took a sigh of relief.
The next day Kimberlen woke up sick, very hoarse and coughing. Eric got sick on Christmas with what we started to think was his Gallbladder. A couple days later Maycee got sick. On New Years Eve we put the kids to bed with Vicks on there chest and the humidifier running and went to bed about 9. The neighbors woke me up screaming and banging on pots and pans and I told Eric "Happy New Year" and went back to sleep. Yes we are big PARTY animals!
We have had some nice and relaxing days since that but Maycee is still a little sick with a cough. Kimberlen is feeling better and has enjoyed going back to school. Eric is scheduled for surgery on his gallbladder on Friday and I am the only one that has stayed well during all of this. Thankgoodness and knock on wood since I hate being sick while I am Pregnant.
By the way, the pregnancy is going good and the little girl is growing and moving rapidly.
I will put some pictures on later (the ones I actually have).

Yay I am relieved to hear you are still among the living. Though sorry everyone is not feeling well. I hope Eric's surgery went well. Take care and call me if you need a girl's day :)

I am glad you are alive... I kept checking your blog to see when you would post again. I'm sorry everyone is sick in your family. No fun :( I hate being pregnant and tired and on top of that the only one healthy enough to take care of everyone else. I am glad all is well with your pregnancy.
